METHOD

1. Sit in Dandasan and fold left leg and place ankle near right hip.

2.Place the right leg near left knee on outer side of knee

3.Hold right paw with left  hand

4. Fold right hand backwards towards right side  and look back from right side of body.
   
5.Repeat the same on other side . Sit in Dandasan and fold right leg and place ankle near left hip.

2.Place the left leg near right knee on outer side of knee

3.Hold left paw with right  hand

4. Fold left hand backwards towards left side of body and look back from left side of body
